What was wrong with Palpatine? My thoughts on Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker

I saw Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker on Thursday evening. Overall, I was hugely impressed and satisfied with the conclusion to the latest trilogy and the entire Skywalker saga. However, I have a few criticisms to make. In this video, I review the film in its entirety; the great, the good and the terrible.
